The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building with a lift on Carrer de Bernat Bacià, making it easily accessible. You can reach the building by car, but please note that parking is not available on this street. There are public parking options where you can leave your vehicle during your stay. Once you’re here, you’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, offering a comfortable base to explore Girona.
We have our office at Carrer de la Cort Reial 13 (Bravissimo), just a 10 minutes’ walk away, where you can find us for all your questions. Please note that the apartment is in a street without public parking. We recommend parking before checking in. There are both paid and free options available within a 3/17 min walk. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building with lift. Please be advised that the apartment is in the centre of the city. While Girona is not a busy '24-7' city, there may be some street noise if the windows are open. There are also many churches, and the bells toll every hour. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. A late check-in is no problem, but we do have a policy (after 21:00). Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges: - From 21:00 to 23:00, 20 euro; - From 23:00 to 00:00, 40 euro; - Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible. Of course, if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00:00 we will be there for you. Tourist tax: When we do the check-in your booking is paid via Airbnb, except for the tourist tax. Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. The tax is 1,10 euro per person (16 years and older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Just a short walk from the iconic Barri Vell, the Cathedral, and the scenic Onyar River, you’ll have easy access to Girona’s top sights while enjoying a quieter, more local experience. This unique spot offers the best of both worlds: the rich culture and history of the city center, and the authentic feel of a neighborhood treasured by locals.
Girona has its own airport just 20 min away by taxi or you can go by bus which will take you about 30 min. Buses will stop at the train station in Girona which is a 10 min walk from the apartment. The train station has a high-speed connection with Barcelona. In around 35 min you will be in the heart of that other great city of Catalunya. By train you can for instance also go to Figueres to visit the well know and beautiful Dalí museum. If you come by car you have to consider the parking options. There are several places to park available near the apartment. There is a paid parking garage available which we highly recommend: Parking Saba Santa Caterina. It is just a 3 min walk away and they offer a multi-day ticket that is convenient and affordable. If you are interested, we can arrange it for you. There is also free, outside parking available, for example at La Copa which is a 17 min walk away.
